Terms and conditions for Purchase of food from Zianté.

Zianté permits you to purchase food and non-food items from the website, through social media and in person at one of our pop-up venues. Any purchase made must adhere to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. Order errors
1.1 If you receive an order confirmation email and notice an error, please advise Zianté immediately. We can be contacted via email contact@ziante.co.uk or our contact form.

1.2 If your order is incorrect, please advise us on the day the order is collected / delivered. We can be contacted via email contact@ziante.co.uk or our contact form.  You must have a copy of your order confirmation as proof of payment / order. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the order.

2. Returns / exchanges
2.1 Online: All food items purchased through the website or social media are non-refundable due to the fact that food items are perishable.

In the event an item is purchased and you wish to cancel the order (please see note 4.1 for acceptable timeframe), Zianté will issue a credit note if the time frame is not met.

If the item purchased is a non-food item, you will have 14 days to request a refund and the item must be returned unused / undamaged / unopened within 30 days of receipt of the item. You will be expected to return the item by post or in person at one of the pop-up stalls. When you request to return your product, we will give you the return address to post to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon return of the undamaged / un opened item(s) non perishable item, Zianté will issue a refund or credit note.  In the event the item has been used, damaged or opened, Zianté will refuse the right to issue a refund or credit note.

2.2 In person at one of our pop-up stalls: If your order is incorrect or you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it as soon as possible on the day of purchase to the stall from which it was purchased from. You must bring proof of purchase and the item in question. We will exchange the item or offer some form of alternative.

3. Faulty / damaged goods
3.1 If your item is damaged on arrival, please provide photographic evidence immediately to contact@ziante.co.uk or our contact form. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the appearance of the order.

4. Cancellations
4.1 If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to collection/delivery. (E.g. Order change for Wednesday must be received by Monday at the latest) You must contact us via contact@ziante.co.uk or our contact form

4.2 If you wish to cancel a class booking, this must be done 10 days prior to the class. If you wish to cancel within the 10 days before the class, full payment will be taken for your booking. There is a minimum attendance of 6 participants for the class to commence. In the unlikely event that we cancel the class you will receive a full refund. Zianté cannot take responsibility for any loss of money (including travel costs) resulting in the cancellation of a class. Spaces are limited so early booking is essential.

5.2 A refund will only be issued at the discretion of the manager, and in most instances we will issue a credit note or replace the item (see point 2.2 regarding damaged items).

5.3 The refund will be made to the same payment method as was made to place the order.

5.4 We are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of the food item purchased. Taste is a personal preference and we stand by the quality and taste of the items we make.
