Zianté.
Our Story
Taste. Learn. Create.

Zianté began as a neurodivergent journey through food, learning, and sensory discovery.

Hi, I’m Laura — a French-trained Pastry Chef, Qualified Teacher, and curious mind who never stopped asking why (especially when it comes to food and learning). I grew up between cultures and languages, always exploring how people learn, taste, and connect through food.

Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD in my 40s, I finally understood why traditional classrooms — and kitchens — never quite fit. So I built one that does.

Zianté blends teaching, patisserie, and sensory exploration to create inclusive workshops and handmade treats designed for neurodivergent learners of all ages — from baking sessions to sensory investigation experiences.
Here, questions, curiosity, and creativity are celebrated — not corrected.
